How it works

Each number is drawn with your browser's built-in random generator and mapped onto the whole-number range you set, with both the minimum and maximum included.

With "no duplicates" on, the count is capped at how many whole numbers fit in the range. You can't draw 10 unique numbers from 1 to 5. This is for everyday picks and games, not cryptography.

What this does

This generator produces one or many random whole numbers in a range you choose, with an option to keep them all unique, handy for draws, games, sampling, and picking winners.

How to use it

  1. Set the minimum and maximum (both included).
  2. Choose how many numbers to generate.
  3. Tick "no duplicates" if each must be unique.
  4. Press Generate for a new draw; the numbers also update as you change the settings.

Example

A range of 1 to 6 can return any whole number from 1 through 6. Asking for 10 unique numbers from 1 to 5 is impossible, only five distinct values exist.

Frequently asked questions

Are the minimum and maximum included?

Yes. The range is inclusive at both ends, so a 1 to 6 range can return any whole number from 1 through 6.

What does "no duplicates" do?

It guarantees every generated number is different. The count is then capped at how many whole numbers fit in the range, you cannot draw 10 unique numbers from 1 to 5.

Is it suitable for security or lotteries?

No. It uses the browser’s standard random generator, which is fine for games and casual picks but not for cryptography or official lottery draws.

Is my data stored?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser.
