Output

The case styles

Title capitalizes each word; Sentence capitalizes the first letter of each sentence. camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case and CONSTANT_CASE first split your text into words, breaking on spaces, punctuation and camelCase humps, then re-join them in the chosen style.

All conversion happens in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

What this does

A case converter changes text between UPPER, lower, Title and Sentence case, plus programmer styles like camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case.

How to use it

  1. Paste your text.
  2. Pick the target case.
  3. Read the converted result.
  4. Copy it.

How it works

Text is split into words on spaces, punctuation and camelCase humps, then re-joined in the chosen style. Letters in any alphabet count as word characters, so “élan über-cool” becomes “Élan Über-Cool” or élan_über_cool. Title Case capitalizes every word; Sentence case capitalizes only the first letter of each sentence.

Example

“XML HTTP request” becomes xmlHttpRequest in camelCase or xml_http_request in snake_case.
