Meeting Planner

Plan a meeting across time zones with a 24-hour grid that lines up every city’s local hours and highlights the slots where everyone is within working hours. Calculates in your browser.

Working hours (highlighted)
to

Each column is one hour; read down it to compare every city. Shaded = inside that city's working hours; dark green = inside them for every city.

How it works

Pick a date and a reference zone, and every hour of that day is lined up across each city using your browser's time-zone database. Cells inside each city's working hours are shaded, and columns where all cities are working are marked as the best slots to meet.

Daylight saving is applied automatically for the chosen date. Everything runs locally in your browser. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

What this does

A meeting planner lines up several cities on a 24-hour grid and highlights the slots where everyone is within working hours, so you can schedule across time zones.

How to use it

  1. Add each participant’s city.
  2. Set the working-hours window.
  3. Read across the grid.
  4. Pick a column shaded for everyone.

Understanding your result

The shaded band is the only window where everyone is within working hours at once, and when zones are far apart it is narrow or sits awkwardly early or late for someone. Use it to share the burden fairly by rotating who takes the inconvenient slot, and confirm the date, since a daylight-saving change can shift the overlap by an hour.

Example

For New York, London and Tokyo on 1 October 2026, the default 9 AM–5 PM window has no hour that suits everyone. Widening it to 7 AM–10 PM shades 7–9 AM in New York, which is noon–2 PM in London and 8–10 PM in Tokyo.
